Upper Valley Career Center has partnered with TeamViewer to allows the tech team to remotely support district computers. In many instances we will be able to remote into your system and resolve issues without needing to be on-site. This will allow us to be more efficient and repair issues in a more timely fashion. It may also save the district money by limiting the number of trips to satellite locations and the associated costs. TeamViewer can be used for support anywhere that your computer/laptop has Internet access. Before using this page you must have submitted a Helpdesk request via the Portal. You will then be contacted by a member of the tech team to set up a TeamViewer session. You will need to click on the TeamViewer icon above the tech team member that will remote in to assist you. If you are using IE version 11 or older you will be prompted to Run the download file. Please do so. If you are using Firefox or Chrome you will be prompted to Save the file. You will need to save the file and then double click it to initiate the TeamViewer session. Click the TeamViewer Quick Tutorial link below for a brief video showing how the process works. In a typical support scenario you will want to be on the phone with the tech team member as they assist in resolving the technical issue. If you have any trouble with starting the TeamView remote session the tech team member will be able to assist you.
